+ Overview

Every game gives you information. Project Mikoshi gives you somewhere to keep it.

Designed as an analogue companion for players who actively want to improve, Mikoshi combines in-game tracking with structured post-game reflection.

During play, the Game Tracker gives you a clear physical record of the changing game state. Once the match ends, the corresponding Game Review helps you capture the decisions, turning points and lessons that matter while they are still fresh.

Over time, individual matches begin to reveal something much more useful: patterns in the way you play.

A physical game-state record during the match. A training record after it.

+ Game Tracking

Project Mikoshi contains 60 dedicated Game Trackers designed around the information Cyberpunk TCG players need to maintain during organised play.

Each tracker gives both players a clear physical record of the changing game state, helping you keep important values visible and recover them quickly if dice are moved, knocked or forgotten during a match.

  • Track and update each player's current Gig values
  • Record who controls each Gig die on a turn-by-turn basis
  • Track the game across turns with a clear marker for Turn 14 and Sudden Death
  • Record which player goes first
  • Note which players mulligan
  • Dedicated space for Street Cred totals
  • Dedicated space for Gig Dice totals

The result is a compact analogue game-state record designed to support the current Cyberpunk TCG tournament-organiser rules while remaining quick and natural to use during play.

Track the state. Protect the information. Review the game afterwards.

+ Post-Game Reviews

Every Game Tracker is supported by a corresponding Game Review, giving you 60 opportunities to reflect on the games you have played.

Winning and losing only tells part of the story.

A win can still contain mistakes. A loss can still contain excellent decisions. The review system encourages you to look beyond the final result and think about what actually happened during the game.

Record the important moments, recognise what worked, identify what you would change, and carry those lessons into the next match.

Review the game — not just the result.

+ Milestone Reviews

Individual games tell you what happened. Milestones help you understand what is changing.

Project Mikoshi includes 6 full two-page Milestone Review spreads, designed to be used after an extended testing block, tournament, or meaningful collection of games.

These reviews give you the space to step away from individual results and consider your performance across a larger sample.

Look for recurring strengths. Identify repeated problems. Recognise areas that have improved. Then decide what deserves your attention during the next block of games.

Play → Track → Review → Adapt → Repeat.

+ Why Project Mikoshi?

It is easy to remember whether you won or lost. It is much harder to remember exactly how the game got there.

Decisions, changing game states, mistakes, adaptations and turning points can disappear quickly once the table is cleared and the next game begins.

Mikoshi creates a physical archive of those games.

After enough matches, you are no longer asking: “How do I think I’ve been playing?”

You have something you can actually look back through.

Your games generate the data. Mikoshi helps turn it into progress.

+ How To Use Project Mikoshi

Mikoshi is designed around a simple improvement loop.

01 // TRACK
Keep the Game Tracker beside you during the match. Update Gig values as the game develops, record control of each Gig die from turn to turn, and maintain the additional information needed to keep the current game state clear.

As the game approaches Turn 14, the tracker provides a clear visual reference for the transition into Sudden Death.

02 // REVIEW
Once the game ends, complete the corresponding Game Review while the important moments and decisions are still fresh.

03 // MILESTONE
After a larger testing block or event, complete a Milestone Review and look across multiple games rather than analysing them individually.

04 // ADAPT
Take what you have learned into the next set of games and begin the process again.

Small reviews. Repeated consistently. Better information over time.
